Do I need to share production data or proprietary content?
No. Assessments can be structured using synthetic scenarios, public benchmark prompts, or redacted sample material. For organisations that cannot share live data, we design the test suite entirely from domain-representative public examples. If you do share materials, we handle them under a data processing agreement and delete them after delivery.
We are a small law firm — is this relevant for us?

How do you handle Arabic content — do you have Arabic-speaking specialists?

Our methodology includes structured bilingual testing, native-speaker review for cultural and dialect accuracy, and domain-specific prompt sets for each sector. We do not rely solely on automated metrics — human review is part of every full assessment.
What if I want to evaluate more than one system or use case?
Each tier covers one use case. For multiple systems or use cases, we provide a scoped proposal with a combined rate. The High-Trust Pilot tier includes discounted rates for additional use cases added during the engagement period.
